This program is not for every player. It is for a very specific one.

Read this section honestly. If you don't see your son on the left side, don't apply — we'll save each other the call.

Apply if

  • Your son is 15-18 and seriously pursuing a Division 1 roster
  • He has the physical and skill talent — the mind is what's holding him back
  • You're an involved parent ready to be part of the process
  • A $12,000 season investment is within reach without strain
  • You want a real human coach, not a course or an app

Don't apply if

  • Your son is under 15 or not actively in recruiting conversations
  • You're looking for a guarantee of a D1 scholarship
  • You want a one-time consultation or a quick fix
  • You expect motivational content — this is performance work
  • The price feels like a stretch — this isn't the right season for you

Three mental capacities. Built over nine months. Trained the way professionals train them.

This is not visualization. This is the same protocol I run on myself before a Primera FEB game — adapted, slowed down, and rebuilt around your son's specific recruiting timeline.

01

Pressure Tolerance

The ability to keep shooting, keep moving, keep deciding when the gym goes quiet and the stakes go loud. We rebuild your son's relationship with pressure so showcases, tryouts and recruiter visits stop shrinking his game. Repeated, structured exposure with a debrief framework — not motivational content.

OutcomeYour son stops disappearing in the games that get filmed.
02

Reset Speed

Every player misses. Pros reset in two seconds. Amateurs carry it for two possessions. We measure your son's current reset window and shorten it — shot by shot, mistake by mistake — until one bad play stops costing him the quarter. Recruiters do not score points. They score consistency.

OutcomeOne missed shot stops costing him the quarter.
03

Identity Under Stress

Most teenage players borrow their confidence from their last good game. We build the opposite — a stable on-court identity that does not move when the scoreboard does. This is the work that separates a kid coaches trust with the ball from a kid coaches sub out when it tightens.

OutcomeCoaches start trusting him with the ball in the final four minutes.

Nine months. Ten families. Built around how recruiting actually feels.

  1. Monthly 1-on-1 Zoom with your son (30 min)
Pre-game routine, recruiting pressure, slumps, confidence when scouts are in the gym.
  2. Quarterly parent call (30 min)
What to say at home. What to never say before a game. Alignment between you and the work.
  3. Direct WhatsApp access, three days a week
For game-day nerves, in-season slumps, and coach conflicts. Real reply, not a chatbot.
  4. Two personalized video drops per week
Custom answers recorded for your son specifically — not generic content reused across clients.
  5. Weekly performance check-in & quarterly Mental Performance Index
Data tracked all season. We catch mental drops before games do — and you see the trend.
$12,000
Full nine-month engagement (Sept–May)
Paid in full, or split into two payments of $6,000 — at enrollment and at the 90-day mark.
Same total. No financing fees.

I'm not a sports psychologist. I'm still in the locker room.

Paul Rigot defending Victor Wembanyama in pro French league

I'm Paul Rigot. I currently play professionally for Baloncesto Fuenlabrada in Spain's Primera FEB. Before that — Pro B France with ALM Évreux and BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque.

I've shot 48% from three in pro French league. I've been on the floor against Victor Wembanyama. I know what mental pressure feels like at the level your son is trying to reach, because I'm still living it every week.

I coach mental performance because someone has to do it from inside the game. Not from a podcast. Not from a textbook. From the floor.

Answers before you apply.

Why $12,000?
It's the cost of running a real 9-month, 1-on-1 program with weekly access, custom videos, parent calls, and tracked data — without diluting it across hundreds of clients. Ten families per season. That's the math.
My son is 17 — is it too late?
No. The senior year is often where the mental game decides everything: visit pressure, commit timing, the gap between offer and roster spot. We work with seniors regularly.
We don't live near you. How does this work?
Fully remote. Zoom calls, WhatsApp, custom video drops. Location has zero impact on the work. We currently coach families across the US from anywhere I'm playing.
Do you guarantee D1?
No. Anyone who guarantees a D1 commit is lying to you. I guarantee my work. The rest is your son's — talent, effort, timing, and a thousand things outside any coach's control.
What happens after I apply?
You'll get a reply within 48 hours. If the fit looks right, we book a 30-minute call — you, your son, and me. No sales team, no funnel. If we both want to move forward, you're in for the season.

Tell me about your son.
